It is vital that our Emotions are expressed. There are so many healthy ways of expressing Emotions, instead of stuffing them with food, or other substances.
This program will include a variety of ways of expressing & releasing emotions in healthy ways - with Music, Animals, Groups, One on One, Exercise, Breathing, Journaling, etc.
Unexpressed emotions can not only cause us to overeat, but, also create many more health problems. They can literally contribute to creating every health problem anyone has.
- Have you been on every diet available? - Have you considered or had gastric bypass, or other surgeries? - Are you exhausted & depressed from repeated diet failure? - Have you experienced: - uncontrollable/compulsive overeating - binging & vomiting - anorexia/obesity - trying diet pills for weight loss - any problems dealing with food/ food allergies, addiction
Permanent weight loss cannot happen from discovering the right fad diet, pill or surgery. If you are looking outside of yourself for a cure "diet, pills, surgery, etc." you cannot recover. Anyone can lose weight if they eat right & exercise. So, what is it that keeps us from doing that?
We need the Daily Love, Support, Education, Journaling, Music, &, Exercise that will allow us to fully express our feelings to keep us healthy for life.
